Absolutely. There are no restrictions as to who the four additional caregivers can or should be for the Premium and Platinum plans. You can send your invitation links to whomever you need or want to include in your huddle.
Absolutely. The primary caregiver has full control over huddle members and can add or remove people as needed.
At this point, it cannot. If you require a solution for more than five caregivers, we may be able to help you through our solution for service providers. Contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll do our best to make it work!
Yes, once MyHuddle goes live, you will be able to access your account via a button in the top right corner of this website, and via a direct link you will receive by email.
Absolutely! Including your care receiver in your huddle is an excellent way to keep them informed and empowered. Additionally, a care receiver can absolutely act as their own primary caregiver, and MyHuddle can be used solely by an individual wishing coordinate their own care.
